The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) has appointed Cecile Ang and former Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista to its board of directors/.
Ang, the daughter of San Miguel Corp. president Ramon S. Ang, replaces Ferdinand Constantino as a non-broker director representing investors. Constantino resigned Wednesday.

Ang was nominated by the San Miguel Corp. Retirement Plan.
The PSE also elected Bautista as an independent director, replacing Andrew Jerome Gan, who resigned from the company earlier this month.
Constantino had served as a member of the audit and related party transactions committee and the corporate governance committee.
