MANILA, November 25, 2025 – Atome Philippines, part of Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial services platform, has announced an exclusive partnership with SEAOIL Philippines, one of the country’s leading and largest independent fuel companies, to provide affordable fuel savings for consumers.
The collaboration will allow Atome (PayLater Anywhere) Cardholders to receive up to P5.00 off per liter of SEAOIL fuel products. Cardholders can access the savings by downloading the PriceLOCQ app, pre-purchasing their fuel through the app and redeeming it at participating SEAOIL stations nationwide. Atome currently has nearly 2 million cardholders in the Philippines.
In the first phase of the partnership, over 300 SEAOIL stations will be onboarded, with plans for expansion across the majority of SEAOIL’s network of over 800 stations nationwide in the next phase.
Christian Quiros, president and country general-manager of Atome Philippines said the partnership addresses a major recurring household expense.

The partnership is timely, as up to 80 percent of Atome cardholders are first-time card users, predominantly utilizing their cards to pay for daily essentials like groceries, telco, electricity and gas bills. Adding SEAOIL to this list ensures greater convenience and savings for Filipino consumers.
