EdgePoint, founded in 2020, has established a significant regional presence by collaborating with major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) to provide scalable digital infrastructure.

EdgePoint chief executive Suresh Sidhu noted that the company’s three markets, while at different growth stages, share a common focus on prioritizing digital connectivity investments.

“Reaching the 16,000-site milestone in 5 years is a clear reflection of this regional momentum, and it reinforces that EdgePoint is the right partner to support this growth as we deliver efficiently, at speed, and at scale,” Sidhu said.

Sidhu anticipates a “significant increase in investments” in ASEAN as public and private sectors strengthen digital infrastructure to remain competitive. The company has nearly 26,000 tenants across its three countries, demonstrating the shared nature of its infrastructure.

EdgePoint Philippines chief executive William Walters highlighted the company’s role in the country’s transformation, supporting 5G rollout, enhancing broadband access and helping bridge the digital divide.

Walters affirmed the company’s commitment to network resilience, citing an ability to maintain an above 99.99-percent average site uptime. The Philippines division will focus on growing its national footprint deepening coverage in Luzon.

EdgePoint’s success is also attributed to the support of its shareholders, Digital Bridge and ADIA, and its commitment to corporate social responsibility, with philanthropy programs impacting over 7,500 children in the region.

The company said it continues to focus on supporting the growth of advanced networks via innovative infrastructure solutions to empower businesses communities and governments across ASEAN.
