Topline Equity Corp. (Topline Group), the parent company of listed Topline Business Development Corp., has signed an exclusive leasing agency agreement with Leechiu Property Consultants Inc., the country’s leading real estate advisory firm, for Bay Mall’s office spaces.

We aim to attract a diverse mix of tenants in Bay Mall to meet the evolving needs of the community while providing job opportunities,” said Eugene Erik Lim, chairman and chief executive of Topline Group.
Under the agreement, Leechiu Property Consultants will serve as the sole and exclusive leasing agent for Bay Mall’s office spaces, responsible for marketing and securing tenants from the business process outsourcing (BPO), technology and other growth sectors.
Strategically located in Liloan, Northern Cebu, a rapidly growing economic hub, Bay Mall is a three-story development offering modern office spaces on the second and third floors that can accommodate up to 1,000 seats.
