Anko opens 5th store in PH amid rapid growth

Australia’s home and lifestyle brand Anko has opened its fifth store, expanding its footprint in the Philippines. The new location is at Ayala Malls Feliz in Pasig City, following sustained growth and strong customer demand.

The Ayala Malls Feliz branch is part of Anko’s planned expansion into high-growth residential areas across Metro Manila.

“Entering the Philippines has been a strategic priority for Anko as part of our global expansion plan,” said Anko Global chief executive Arjun Puri. “The Philippines represents one of our most dynamic markets globally, and this new store allows us to strengthen our footprint while delivering on our mission to make great design accessible to more homes worldwide.”

Chief retail officer Lil Velis-Bowker said Anko’s design-led philosophy and direct-to-consumer model remain key drivers of its growing global and local presence.

“What makes Anko stand out is our commitment to thoughtful, design-led innovation at prices families can afford,” she said. “Our global design team in Australia creates ranges with simplicity and purpose, ensuring every product adds real value to family life.”

Anko’s direct-to-consumer model has helped the company gain insights into how Filipino families live and what they prefer, aiding in product development worldwide.

The 1,570-square-meter (16,899-square-foot) outlet features Anko’s signature magenta interiors and a curated selection of home décor, bedding and linens, dining and kitchenware, beauty and vanity items, arts and crafts, pet essentials and children’s creative toys. For the holidays, the store also serves as a one-stop hub for affordable gift options, complete with gift-wrapping stations.

In its first year, Anko has opened five stores in Metro Manila: TriNoma, Alabang Town Center, Manila Bay and now Ayala Malls Feliz. This rapid expansion is aimed at increasing access to design-forward, affordable lifestyle essentials.

Anko Philippines country manager Rachel Turner said the rapid expansion reflects how strongly local consumers connect with the brand’s values and design philosophy.

“We’re excited to bring more in-store experiences, offering inspiration, quality products and a sense of community for families in this vibrant side of the metro, especially during the Christmas season,” she said.
