Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) reported a 17-percent increase in net income after tax (NIAT) in the first nine months of 2025 to P2.10 billion from P1.80 billion in the same period in 2024.
It said in a statement Friday the growth was driven by a strong performance in residential development segments.
Consolidated revenues rose 14 percent to P12.31 billion from P10.79 billion a year earlier.
The First-Home Residential Developments (PHirst) segment remained CPG’s primary revenue source, contributing P8.4 billion, or 68 percent of total revenues.
Premium residential developments accounted for P2.8 billion (23 percent), while commercial leasing and property management contributed P711 million (6 percent) and P400 million (3 percent) respectively.
CPG president and chief executive Marco Antonio attributed the sustained growth to a balanced strategy between the PHirst and Premium residential segments.
“By balancing PHirst and Premium residential segments, we are able to sustain our growth in nine months of 2025 as it diversifies our revenue streams and expands our footprint across the nation’s key growth corridors,” Antonio said.
Antonio said the company’s financial ratios “remain healthy, allowing for continued business expansion.” He expressed optimism about the remainder of the year, expecting housing demand to “remain resilient.”
CPG’s premium residential segment recently launched Phase 2 of its successful Azure North project in Pampanga.
The first phase, which includes three high-rise buildings and a wave pool, is nearing completion, with the third building, Barbados, expected to be finished in the fourth quarter of 2025 with over 800 units.
Phase 2 introduces its first mid-rise development called Mykonos, with over 300 units for 2027 completion, 49 luxury townvillas also for 2027 completion, and an exclusive water park.
Expanding its footprint, the PHirst segment announced its entry into Mindanao in August 2025 with a 24-hectare master-planned community. This project is estimated to have a sales value of P5.3 billion and will provide over 2,400 homes. The move makes PHirst a nationwide developer. CPG also plans to launch up to two more projects in the fourth quarter this year.
