Former First Lady Imelda Romualdez Marcos graced the unveiling of a dedication marker yesterday at the MMFF Auditorium in Pasig. The event honored Marcos, who once served as governor of the then Metro Manila Commission (now the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority or MMDA).
