Beginning November 7, PCSO prepositioned relief goods across its North Luzon branches to ensure immediate assistance to communities once the typhoon struck. PCSO personnel prepared, loaded, and unloaded boxes of Charitimbas and other essential supplies bound for affected areas, with manpower assistance from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

STL-Authorized Agent Corporations (STL-AACs) also supported the initiative by preparing additional food and water supplies. These collective efforts demonstrated PCSO’s mission of “Hindi Umuurong sa Pagtulong” in times of crisis.
