Pop-rock band Six Part Invention lays bare the pain of lost love in its new single “Wasak Na Puso,” with BINI’s Gwen starring in the music video.
Written and produced by lead vocalist Rey Cantong, the track explores heartbreak and longing through soulful lyrics and a stirring melody.
In the music video, Gwen plays an audio archivist who discovers a box of old recordings containing a father’s heartfelt message to his children. The emotional story has resonated with fans, garnering over 200,000 views on YouTube.
“Thank you, Gwen, for being part of our ‘Wasak Na Puso’ music video. It was such a joy and honor to collaborate with you and bring this song’s story to life,” the band said in a Facebook post.
Six Part Invention recently performed the single at the Aurora Music Festival 2025 in Davao on Oct. 25, marking its return to the spotlight since the release of “Tama Pa Ba” in 2024.
