Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling leads the awarding of land titles to some 700 families in Caloocan City under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ‘s flagship Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program on Thursday. The families waited for two long decades for the certificate of land titles as beneficiaries of the Tala Development Project, which is covered by Presidential Proclamation No. 366 issued in 2000.
