Isuzu PH earns global award for aftersales excellence

Isuzu Philippines Corp. (IPC) earned another prestigious Triple Star Award for Aftersales Operations from Isuzu Motors Limited (IML) Japan, the highest honor under IML’s Global Aftersales Evaluation Program.

Out of 65 Isuzu distributors worldwide, only 10 earned the Triple Star distinction this year, placing IPC among the top performers globally for the second year in a row after first receiving the award in 2024.

Similar to an ISO-based system, the program ensures uniform operational excellence across all markets where Isuzu operates.

“Aftersales has always been the foundation of our business success. It is through our consistent focus on aftersales quality and operational discipline that we’ve maintained our 25-year leadership as the No. 1 truck brand in the Philippines,” said IPC president Mikio Tsukui.

The IML Global Aftersales Evaluation Program assesses distributors based on strict performance metrics, including parts availability, technician competency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Isuzu standard operations.

Earning the Triple Star rating confirmed that IPC not only met but exceeded these benchmarks.

Across its nationwide dealership network, IPC continues to invest in genuine parts availability, highly trained service technicians, and enhanced fleet support programs to ensure maximum uptime and long-term value for customers.

The company also offers service innovations and technical training designed to meet the evolving needs of Filipino businesses.
