Maxwell Leadership, a global brand specializing in leadership, coaching and corporate training, has launched its Philippine operations and is preparing to hold its first major event, the Maxwell Leadership Philippines Summit 2025, in Taguig City.
The organization, founded by influential leadership expert John Maxwell, emphasizes values-based leadership that centers on principles such as intentionality, influence, empowerment, teamwork and stewardship. Maxwell’s core philosophy is that everything “rises and falls on leadership,” and that a lack of it can lead to “disputes, frustration, anger, and despair” within groups, including government institutions.
Maxwell Leadership is supported by over 40,000 certified consultants in more than 160 countries who work to exponentially increase the leadership capacity of those around them.
The new Maxwell Leadership Philippines is led by president Edric Mendoza and chief executive Blue Avelino. The local team’s mission is to cultivate Filipino leaders with strengthened integrity and defined values for long-term success.
