Ayala Land Inc. and Eton Properties Philippines Inc. have marked a key development in their Parklinks joint venture, topping off The Lattice, a residential condominium by Alveo Land, signaling progress in Metro Manila’s newest sustainable urban estate.
The ceremony underscores the estate’s commitment to creating integrated, green communities where nature, work and lifestyle blend seamlessly.
The 35-hectare mixed-use estate, located along the C-5 corridor between Quezon City and Pasig, sets itself apart by allocating half of its total area to open spaces. The Lattice is Alveo’s first residential development in Parklinks and provides residents direct access to the three-hectare Central Park, the riverside Eco Esplanade and the Green Spine, a network of walkways and bike lanes.
“The Lattice at Parklinks truly embodies the essence of Central Park living,” said Alveo Land vice president for project development group Anton Sanchez III.
“Here, you don’t just live beside the park—you live right above it, with the estate’s three-hectare Central Park literally at your doorstep,” said Sanchez.
The estate is being developed as a model for future-ready urban living. Anchor projects include the soon-to-open Parklinks Mall, a 115,000-square-meter lifestyle hub managed by Ayala Malls, which will feature curated dining, retail and wellness concepts.
“Parklinks is more than a residential address, it’s a long-term investment in quality living,” said Ayala Land Estates marketing manager for new estates developments and business synergies Tintin Enriquez-Yabao.
Other key developments advancing the estate’s integrated vision include the upcoming Casa Ibarra Parklinks, an events venue spanning 3,178 square meters set to open in 2026, and the Multiple Intelligence International School (MIIS), a progressive institution slated to open in the 2026–2027 academic year.
The new four-story campus will feature culinary labs, maker spaces and a 5,000-square-meter multi-purpose field and sports facilities.
Connectivity is enhanced by the 110-meter Parklinks Bridge, which spans the Marikina River, linking Quezon City and Pasig while offering dedicated lanes for pedestrians and cyclists. The estate also features community and wellness amenities, including the metro’s largest off-leash Pet Park.
Parklinks is also home to premium residences, the Parklinks North and South Towers by Ayala Land Premier, which connect directly to the mall and the Eco Esplanade.
