REPORT CARD. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) achieved a 100-percent success rate in the 2025 Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0, with all ten of its surveyed branches earning national recognition for outstanding public service. Out of 904 government agencies evaluated nationwide, only 59 received an award, and GSIS proudly secured ten of those spots.
