The company is strengthening its marketing programs and exploring new business channels under his leadership to sustain sales growth and enhance brand visibility.

Aldecoa brings over 15 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant and consumer goods sectors. Before joining Mang Inasal, he led Red Ribbon Bakeshop to sustained growth, reinforcing its position in the competitive food industry.

The new head of marketing said that collaboration, innovation and decisive execution would drive Mang Inasal’s next phase of growth, stressing the importance of maintaining the brand’s Filipino heritage while adapting to evolving consumer preferences.

“What excites me most about leading Marketing and Business Channels for Mang Inasal is the opportunity to build on an already powerful brand — one that is deeply loved and performing at its strongest,” Aldecoa said.

“My role is to take that momentum and elevate it even further, ensuring that Mang Inasal remains both iconic and ever-evolving,” he said.

Mang Inasal, known for its grilled offerings, was recently recognized by Brand Finance 2025 as the strongest QSR brand in the Philippines and ranked seventh among the country’s strongest brands.

It also placed 25th among the most valuable brands nationwide, reflecting its strong sales, customer trust and brand loyalty.  It remains the most awarded QSR brand in the Philippines.

The company continues to expand its market presence as it enhances customer experience and strengthens its position as one of the country’s leading quick-service restaurant chains.
