DMCI Homes, the real estate arm of DMCI Holdings Inc., held a topping-off ceremony for Fortis Residences, a P10-billion upscale condominium development on Chino Roces Ave. in Makati City.
The 37-story tower is the second development under DMCI Homes Exclusive, the company’s premium brand targeting the upscale market. The project, launched in 2022, is slated for completion in December 2027.
DMCI Holdings president and chief executive Isidro Consunji expressed confidence in the project, which is now 14-percent sold out.
“Our product is Lexus quality BYD prices. Our concept is always best value for money. So, at any different price point, we believe we are the best in class and the best value for money. Sensible buyers will not be absent,” he said.
DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria noted that the current average selling price for units is around P250,000 per square meter, which is “slightly below prevailing market rates despite premium inclusions.”
The property firm expects a significant increase in sales once buyers can view completed amenities and model areas.

Fortis Residences is part of a larger mixed-use complex that includes an office tower, One Fortis Plaza, scheduled for completion in April 2028.
Located along Chino Roces Avenue, Fortis Residences offers proximity to corporate headquarters, institutions and embassies, along with direct access to major thoroughfares and business hubs.
Units include one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations with premium finishes, branded fixtures, air-conditioning, water heaters, digital locksets and smart building systems.
DMCI Homes’ first high-end project was Oak Harbor Residences in Asiaworld City, Parañaque. The company also plans to launch its third upscale residential project next year in Baguio City.
