Actress and content creator Mika Salamanca revealed that she has started removing some of her tattoos in preparation for her future acting projects.
In a video shared by a skin clinic on TikTok, Mika was shown undergoing the laser tattoo removal process. The actress admitted that the decision was difficult, as her tattoos hold personal meaning.
“This is hard for me ’cause I love my tattoos and all of them have meanings. Before I got them, I really thought about it,” the “Sang’gre” star said.
Mika explained that she decided to remove a few tattoos because it has become challenging to conceal them during tapings and brand shoots.
“I decided to remove some of my tattoos kasi kailangan ko for acting, for my future projects,” she added.
While she said she’s putting tattoos on pause for now, Mika shared she might get new ones in the future once she shifts her focus back to music.
Mila, who was the Big Winner of “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition” alongside Brent Manalo, currently stars in “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre”as Anaca and will appear in the upcoming GMA-ABS-CBN collaboration series “Secrets of Hotel 88.”
