The Bureau of Immigration has deported two Japanese nationals, Hoshino Takuya and Kunio Aihara, who were wanted fugitives in Japan.
Hoshino, a member of the “Luffy” gang, was arrested in Las Piñas City in April for allegedly stealing ATM cards and targeting elderly victims by impersonating law enforcement officers.

He and his cohorts allegedly staged fake police investigations to deceive victims into surrendering their bank cards.
On the other hand, Aihara is wanted for robbery resulting in injury, and was arrested in June for conspiring to rob and assault a victim three decades ago.
Both Japanese have been blacklisted, barring them from re-entering the Philippines, BI Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado said. Vito Barcelo
