The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is working tirelessly to construct tent cities in various parts of north Cebu in response to the President’s order to ensure the construction of temporary shelters for residents affected by the recent strong earthquake there. Around 93 tents have been installed and are currently being used by 79 families in the Bogo Tent City.
