The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) on Friday, Oct. 11, announced the final four entries completing its 2025 lineup: “I’m Perfect,” “Love You So Bad,” “UnMarry” and “Bar Boys After School.”
The new titles round out the eight official films that will premiere nationwide on Christmas Day.

“I’m Perfect” is a social romance film directed by Sigrid Andrea Bernardo and produced by Nathan Studios. It tells the story of Jiro and Jessica, two individuals with Down syndrome who navigate love, acceptance, and self-discovery. The film also features Lorna Tolentino, Sylvia Sanchez, Janice de Belen, Tonton Gutierrez, Joey Marquez, and Zaijian Jaranilla.
“Love You So Bad” is a romantic drama produced through a collaboration among Star Cinema, GMA Pictures, and Regal Entertainment Inc. Directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar and written by Crystal San Miguel, it stars Pinoy Big Brother alumni Will Ashley, Bianca de Vera, and Dustin Yu. The film follows Savannah, a strong-willed senior high school student who faces a complicated love triangle while pursuing her independence.

Also joining the lineup is “UnMarry,” directed by Jeffrey Jeturian and written by Chris Martinez and Therese Cayaba. Produced by Quantum Films and Cineko Films, the film stars Angelica Panganiban, Zanjoe Marudo, Tom Rodriguez, Solenn Heussaff, and Eugene Domingo. It follows Celine, who seeks annulment from her husband Stephen while fighting for custody of their daughter, and Ivan, who struggles to save his own marriage. Their lives intersect at the law office of Jackie, a lawyer and YouTube host, leading to a journey of heartbreak, healing, and friendship.

Rounding off the list is “Bar Boys After School,” a sequel to Kip Oebanda’s 2017 coming-of-age hit “Bar Boys.” The film reunites Carlo Aquino, Rocco Nacino, Enzo Pineda, and Kean Cipriano as four friends facing midlife challenges a decade after law school. When they come together to care for their ailing mentor, they confront their life choices and rediscover their purpose while guiding the next generation of lawyers. The cast also includes Glaiza de Castro, Therese Malvar, Royce Cabrera, Sassa Gurl, Benedix Ramos, Bryce Eusebio, Emilio Daez, and Will Ashley. It is produced by 901 Studios PH.
In July, the MMFF revealed its first four official entries: “Call Me Mother,” starring Vice Ganda and Nadine Lustre; “Reconnect,” featuring Gerald Anderson, Carmina Villarroel, Zoren Legaspi, Gloria Diaz, and Alexa Miro; “Manila’s Finest,” top-billed by Piolo Pascual; and “Shake, Rattle & Roll: Evil Origins,” starring Ivana Alawi, Fyang Smith, Ashley Ortega, Ysabel Ortega, Carla Abellana, Kaila Estrada, JM Ibarra, Seth Fedelin, Francine Diaz, and Dustin Yu.
