New PCFI officials repair tainted image of party-lists

TGP Party-list Rep. Jose Teves, Jr. vowed to restore the “good public perception” of the party-list system through “genuine public service.”

“Sa ating pagkakaisa, baguhin na natin ang lahat at ibalik ang tunay na imahe ng party-list…madami ang nagsasabing na wala namang naitulong ang party-list, some are even pushing to abolish the party-list system,” Teves said after being elected new president of the Party-list Coalition Foundation Inc. (PCFI) at the lower chamber.
