TFSPH, which received the highest credit rating of PRS Aaa (corp.) with a stable outlook from Philippine Rating Services Corporation (PhilRatings), will use the proceeds to diversify its funding sources and support its asset growth. The company also aims to attract a wider range of investors, including both institutional and individual participants.

The public offer period will run from Oct. 6 to Oct. 13, 2025. This issue will be the first tranche from the company’s P20 billion bond shelf registration program.

First Metro Investment Corp. and ING Bank N.V., Manila Branch are serving as the joint lead arrangers and bookrunners for the transaction. They are also acting as selling agents alongside Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) and BPI Capital Corp.

TFSPH reported strong financial performance in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, as revenues rose 11 percent year-on-year to P3.9 billion. Loan receivables also grew by 9 percent to P159.4 billion, resulting in a net interest income of P1.6 billion.

TFSPH is 60-percent owned by Japan-based Toyota Financial Services Corp., which operates in over 37 countries and 40 percent by GTCAP.

The company supports Toyota sales in the Philippines by offering tailored financial products and services.
