Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Endo Kazuya joins former Mandaluyong City Mayor Benjamin Santos Abalos Sr. for the grand opening ceremony of ‘The Observatory’ Sales Pavilion. The Observatory is developed by Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG), a joint venture between Japanese and Philippine real estate developers. Ambassador Endo conveyed hopes for the further deepening and expansion of business collaborations between the two countries.
