China Banking Corp. has cut its InstaPay interbank transfer fee to P5 from the previous P10, as part of its 105th anniversary celebration.
The limited-time offer, dubbed “Take five this one zero five,” is available from Oct. 1 to De. 31, 2025, exclusively to Chinabank account holders enrolled in the My CBC app and My CBC Online.
The initiative is designed to offer greater convenience and savings for customers who frequently use the online fund transfer feature for person-to-person transfers.
Chinabank said that with the reduced fee, customers can send money to other individual bank accounts for P5 per transaction, enjoying the immediate transfer functionality of InstaPay.
There is no limit to the number of transfers a customer can make daily, provided the total amount does not exceed the daily cap of P250,000.Users of previous versions of Chinabank online banking apps can upgrade to the new My CBC App to access this discount, the bank said.
