State-run Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. (PDIC) said it will sell 188 subdivision properties in Tanza, Cavite, through an electronic public bidding on Oct. 15 to 16, 2025.
The online auction will include 188 lots, three of which have improvements, in Grandiosa Carissa Homes Subdivision, Barangay Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite.
The lots, ranging from 56 to 149 square meters, will be sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, PDIC said.
Bids will be accepted on the PDIC e-bidding portal, at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph, from 9 a.m. on Oct. 15, 2025, until 12 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2025. Bids will be opened at 1 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2025.
Prospective buyers should register a one-time account on the portal. They are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence on the properties.
Proceeds from the sale will be added to the Deposit Insurance Fund, which the PDIC uses to pay for valid deposit insurance claims.
