ACMobility Celebrates First Year with Global and Local Success

Ayala Corporation’s mobility arm is marking its first full year of transformation by receiving multiple prestigious awards on both local and global stages for its leadership and people-first approach to business. At the HR Excellence Awards in Manila this past August, ACMobility was honored with the Excellence in Business Transformation award, with its CEO, Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, named “Most People-Focused CEO”. These local accolades were followed by a global win at the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers in New York, where the company secured a Bronze for Best Transformation Strategy in September. Earlier this year, ACMobility was also commended by the Employees’ Compensation Commission for its Return-to-Work Assistance Program, which aids persons with work-related disabilities.

The company’s growth is also reflected in its increasing workforce, which rose from 1,370 in 2023 to over 1,600 by mid-2025, with a target of exceeding 1,700 by year-end. This expansion is largely driven by the growth of the BYD brand and the Mobility Infrastructure Group. Notably, ACMobility was also the first automotive company in the Philippines to be certified as a Top Employer for 2025.
