A highlight of the festivities will be the “Caracol de la Reina” on September 7, following a Holy Mass at San Roque Church, with a procession through city streets ending at City Hall.

Other activities include the three-day “Ciudad de Cavite Comelon” food festival from September 3-5, a job fair and medical mission at Samonte Park, and a Corregidor Island trip for local officials.

The celebration will conclude with the blessing of the new Cavite City College, food pack distribution for PWDs on September 10, and a wreath-laying at the 13 Martyrs monument on September 12. The Blessed Virgin of Soledad of Porta Vaga remains central to the city’s identity throughout the festivities.
