Globe Telecom Inc. said it teamed up with Meta to offer a new hyper-personalized experience designed to deliver real-time, relevant mobile and data offers based on users’ daily habits and interests.
The telecommunications company, in collaboration with Meta, introduced “Just For You,” an innovative service for Facebook users. The service is built on a shared vision of hyper-personalization, enabling Globe Prepaid and TM customers to receive prompts on Facebook that lead them to the right promotions as they are needed.
By integrating “Just For You” with Facebook, Globe boosts the reach of the popular service, which already engages nearly half of Globe’s 12.2 million monthly users on GlobeOne and GCash.
“We aim to make every interaction count. Knowing our customers allows us to design experiences that reflect their lifestyle. It is one of the ways we continue to build a brand that truly connects with them,” said Darius Delgado, Globe chief commercial officer.
“Globe is always looking for ways to make services more intuitive and helpful. With ‘Just For You,’ we can respond more thoughtfully, giving customers what they need, when they need it, across the apps and platforms they already use,” Delgado said.
