This year, the hotel’s chefs demonstrated exceptional skill, creativity, and teamwork, earning Bronze Awards in separate categories.
In the Dream Team Challenge, the trio of Rey Jon Untalan, Shane Angelique Enriquez, and Ronaldo Colis wowed the judges with their artistry, mastery of flavors, and flawless execution, securing a Bronze Award among a field of the nation’s best culinary talents.

Meanwhile, in the Canada Land and Sea Challenge, Christian Peter Sanchez and Arphil Barraba showcased their expertise in crafting a harmonious menu inspired by Canada’s culinary heritage. Their innovative approach to using premium land and sea ingredients also earned them a Bronze Award in this international-themed category.
