Hyundai Motor Tops J.D. Power TechStudy for 6th Year

SEOUL – Hyundai Motor has been recognized as the top mass-market brand for technology innovation in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Tech Experience Index (TXI) Study for the sixth consecutive year. The study, now in its tenth year, evaluates how effectively automakers introduce new technologies based on customer feedback and is based on responses from 76,230 owners of new 2025 model-year vehicles surveyed after 90 days of ownership. It measures both the level of technology adoption by a brand and the excellence of its execution, including how much owners like the features and the number of problems they experience. The 2025 Hyundai SANTA FE was specifically honored with Driver Assist and Connected Vehicle Awards. Its Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM) feature was highlighted for enhancing visibility and driver confidence during lane changes. When a turn signal is activated, the BVM uses side-mounted cameras to display live video footage of the corresponding blind spot on the instrument cluster, helping drivers detect obstacles and reduce collision risks.
