Basketball icon Grayson “The Professor” Boucher set to electrify Filipino fans During 3-Day Tour
ANTA, the third-largest sportswear company in the world, is thrilled to announce streetball icon Grayson Boucher aka The Professor’s upcoming Manila visit.
Known for his viral social media content that mixes incredible basketball skills with cinematic storytelling and entertainment, The Professor is a major force in the world of streetball and shot to international fame through ESPN’s reality show Streetball in the early 2000’s.
His recent partnership with ANTA focuses on celebrating the heart and soul of streetball, which has a massive following worldwide. The Professor’s gritty and stylish approach to the game perfectly aligns with ANTA’s commitment to providing quality sportswear that is accessible to everyone.
Currently on a tour of Asia with earlier stops in China and Indonesia, The Professor will head to the Philippines, which is world-famous for its love of basketball. During his three-day visit, ANTA will make The Professor connect
with his local fans and the Filipino streetball community. He will also launch the
Shockwave 7, ANTA’s latest iteration of its best-selling basketball shoe.
The Professor’s Philippines Tour:
• August 29:
- 2 PM: Crash the Court with United By the Game at Gameville Ball Park, Mandaluyong City.
- 8 PM: Meet & Greet at ANTA Megamall.
• August 30:
- 11:30 AM: Meet & Greet at ANTA SM North EDSA
- 1 PM – 6 PM: ANTA 2v2 Classic Finals at Glorietta Activity Center
• August 31
- 3 PM: Meet & Greet at ANTA SM Bacoor. Will proceed to visit heritage sites
- 5 PM: Meet & Greet at ANTA One Ayala
Anta fans can get an access to athlete encounters by wearing the ANTA Shockwave 7 or Scalpel 2.
The Professor joins ANTA’s roster of athletes, which includes NBA stars Kyrie Irving, Klay Thompson, and Donte DiVincenzo. He is the first streetball athlete to be signed by the brand. The partnership highlights ANTA’s efforts to help the growth of the sport globally.
