The Philippine Coast Guard conducts a search and rescue operation for a missing fisherman who reportedly went overboard on Aug. 22 in the waters off Bajo de Masinloc in the West Philippine Sea. Fortunately, another fishing boat radioed the lost fisherman had been found.
