Manulife Philippines has named Adnelle Valeza as Chief of Staff, Strategy, and Transformation, strengthening its executive leadership team.
Valeza brings nearly three decades of international leadership experience in transformation, technology, and distribution. She has held key roles in both multinational corporations and start-up environments, where she consistently drove double-digit growth, spearheaded large-scale digital transformations, and built scalable sales and operational strategies.
Most recently, she led business strategy and transformation at a Philippine-based life insurer, where she developed strategic roadmaps for non-Bancassurance channel expansion and advanced the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
She also held senior executive roles at a multinational insurer, leading regional M&A projects and digital strategy programs across Southeast Asia.
“Her deep expertise in project management, technology strategy, and business transformation will be invaluable as we deliver on our strategic priorities and accelerate our journey to becoming the number one choice of customers in the Philippines,” said Manulife Philippines president and CEO Rahul Hora.
In her new role, Valeza will drive alignment across key business initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reinforcing Manulife Philippines’ commitment to sustainable growth and digital customer leadership.
