Property developer Ayala Land Inc. said Tuesday it appointed Jose Eduardo Quimpo II as its new chief financial officer and treasurer. He succeeds 21-year ALI veteran Augusto Bengzon.
Quimpo, who brings extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets and risk management, previously served as president and chief executive of AREIT, the company’s real estate investment trust arm.

He also held various leadership roles within Ayala Land since May 2024, including chief financial officer of the leasing and hospitality group, chief risk officer and head of corporate finance, strategy, and investor relations.
Before joining Ayala, Quimpo held senior positions at BDO Unibank Inc. and Bank of the Philippine Islands.
