Greenfield Development Corporation is enlarging its Solen Residences community in Greenfield City, Sta. Rosa with a new five-hectare phase that will add more open space, 164 residential lots, and a dedicated clubhouse area for future homeowners.
This expansion brings the total size of Solen Residences to 57 hectares and continues the company’s goal of building a suburban community centered around green living and wellness.
