Nueva Vizcaya Rep. Timothy Joseph Cayton has unveiled his comprehensive blueprint for transforming his province into a brand-new, thriving geographical unit in the country.
Dubbed “Nueva Vizcaya 2.0,” the plan aims to transform Nueva Vizcaya into a robust province. “It will bring new opportunities, new investments, and a brighter future for our people. We are committed to making Nueva Vizcaya a model for sustainable development and economic growth, and this blueprint is a step in that direction,” Cayton said.
The lawmaker aims to “revolutionize key sectors such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, and the economy to propel Nueva Vizcaya into a new era of prosperity.”
Cayton’s master plan focuses on modernizing the province’s infrastructure through the construction of new roads, bridges, and public facilities, saying his build, build, build initiative will not only enhance connectivity, but also stimulate economic activities, attract investments, and create job opportunities for the local workforce.
In terms of education, Cayton intends to modernize schools, grant scholarships, and develop initiatives targeted at improving educational quality to ensure that Nueva Vizcaya's young have the skills they require to flourish in the modern world.
