Calamba City, Laguna – August 14, 2025 – Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) today inaugurated the Filinvest Innovation Park – Ciudad de Calamba (FIPC), its newest industrial estate designed to meet the needs of future-ready industries and accelerate economic growth in Southern Luzon.
The inauguration was led by Tristan Las Marias, President and CEO of Filinvest Land, together with Francis Ceballos, Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head for Industrial and Logistics of Filinvest Land; Hon. Roseller Rizal, Mayor of Calamba City; and Hon. Tereso Panga, Director General of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). The event gathered local government officials, PEZA representatives, industry partners, locators, brokers, and members of the business community.
FIPCC: A New Chapter in South Luzon’s Industrial Growth
Strategically located just 10 minutes from the SLEX Batino Exit, FIPC covers 25 hectares of prime industrial space divided into 10 titled lots. Six lots, ranging from approximately 7,500 sqm to three hectares, are available for sale, while the remaining four are for lease. FIPC also has three Grade A Ready-Built Factory (RBF) facilities now open for lease. These modern facilities are designed for speed-to-market operations, serving industries such as light manufacturing, electronics, semiconductors, electric vehicles, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and e-commerce.
FIPC follows the success of the 50-hectare Filinvest Technology Park in Ciudad de Calamba, now fully sold out and home to multinational manufacturers generating thousands of regional jobs.
