Property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc (CLI) plans to launch 12 new projects worth P29 billion in the second half of 2025 to sustain its strong growth.
The projects, which include residential, mixed-use and hotel developments, will be located in high-growth areas such as Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Ormoc and Palawan, according to CLI chief operating officer Jose Franco Soberano.
CLI will roll out seven of the projects over the next three months in rapidly urbanizing regions like Metro Cebu, Palawan and Davao.
The remaining five projects, primarily residential, are set for the final quarter of the year and will expand the company’s presence in Metro Cebu, Northern Cebu and Eastern Visayas.
“We’re encouraged by the sell-out success of our earlier launches, which reflects strong, sustained demand across our VisMin markets,” Soberano said.
CLI’s consolidated net income grew 13 percent year-on-year to P2.49 billion in the first half of 2025, driven by strong sales, improved revenue recognition and faster project completions.
Consolidated revenues rose 5 percent to P11.87 billion, fueled by real estate sales and higher recurring income from hotels and office leasing.
“Our strong performance in the first half of the year reflects the disciplined execution of our growth strategy and our deep commitment to addressing the housing needs of the VisMin market,” said CLI chairman and chief executive Jose Soberano III.
