Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Governor Eli Remolona Jr. (left) administers the oath of Lyn Javier as the new deputy governor in charge of the BSP’s financial supervision sector (FSS) on Aug. 11, 2025 at the central bank’s head office in Manila. Javier, who previously served as BSP assistant governor, succeeds Chuchi Fonacier, who retired on July 31, 2025.
