Dytianquin has more than 30 years of experience in the Philippine auto industry, where he has led sales, marketing, network development and public relations for various manufacturers and distributors. He has overseen national operations and developed market entry strategies, working with international partners and local dealers to drive growth.

“We are confident that Froilan’s breadth of experience and consistent track record… make him the ideal leader,” said Lisset Laus Velasco, chairman and chief executive of Laus Group of Companies.

“His deep knowledge of the local industry and strong dealer relationships will only strengthen the trust we’ve built over the years,” said Velasco.

Dytianquin will be responsible for strategy, brand operations and dealer engagement across the group’s portfolio.

“It’s an honor to join Laus Auto Group—a trusted name in Northern and Central Luzon automotive excellence. I look forward to building on its legacy by driving customer-focused strategies, deepening dealer collaboration, and accelerating sustainable growth anchored on experience, trust, and innovation,” Dytianquin said.

Known for his expertise in strategic planning, dealer management and media relations, Dytianquin has earned the trust of both local and international automotive partners.

He previously played a key role in the successful reintroduction of a Chinese automotive brand to the Philippine market, where he developed a nationwide dealer and marketing strategy that helped the brand reach the top 10 in the industry within two years.

His earlier career at another major brand spanned nearly three decades, during which he rose to first vice president for sales and marketing and contributed to 11 consecutive years of sales growth.

His appointment comes at a strategic time as Laus Auto Group strengthens its partnerships with its current and future brands and invests in new retail experiences.
