Clearing operations have begun in 11 identified areas that caused flooding in North Luzon Expressway, following a meeting between the Department of Transportation, Toll Regulatory Board, NLEX Corporation, Valenzuela and Meycauayan LGUs and Department of Public Works and Highways last Saturday. This is in response to the President’s directive for government agencies to work together to prevent flooding during the rainy season.
