Jay Bosi, an engineer from Globe Telecom, inspects classrooms at the Pedro N. Roa Sr. Elementary School in Cagayan de Oro City. Through the Brigadang Ayala Balik Eskwela program, the Ayala Group brought high skills volunteerism to 46 schools in several provinces across the country, supporting the Department of Education’s Balik Eskwela initiative beyond traditional school cleaning and repairs. Over 860 employee volunteers lent their professional skills to the program.
