Bystanders try to assist a 24-year-old man who was electrocuted by a loose electric wire on a streetlight pole in Legazpi City shortly before dawn Thursday, July 24. The victim was later identified as a meat-shop helper who tried to report for work despite torrential rains and knee-deep floodwater.
