Lee’s appointment ushers in a new chapter for FPI, as it continues to champion a strong, competitive and resilient Philippine manufacturing base.

Joining Lee in the leadership transition are John Reinier Dizon, named president and  Jesus Arranza who was conferred the title chairman emeritus in recognition of his decades of unwavering service to the Filipino industry and fair trade advocacy.

Under the new leadership, FPI is set to convene the FPI Business Summit 2025 on Oct. 8, 2025 at the Manila Polo Club.

The summit carries the theme “Thriving Through Turbulence: Advancing Philippine Manufacturing Resilience and Growth,” as the sector pushes to transform disruption into opportunity amid global economic shifts.

Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Ma. Cristina Aldeguer Roque and Finance secretary Ralph Recto were invited to deliver keynote messages.

Key topics include the Tatak Pinoy Law, CREATE MORE, industrial capacity-building, fair trade enforcement and the manufacturing sector’s shift toward green and digital transformation.

“FPI has long stood as the voice of industry. This year’s Summit will not only celebrate that legacy but push forward a bold agenda for reindustrialization, one that is fair, green, and future-ready,” Lee said.
