Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte personally checks on the situations of her constituents who were forced to flee their homes for safer grounds as floodwater continues to rise in low-lying communities of the city. She sees to it that the evacuation centers have adequate supply of basic needs such as food, shelter, and medicine for the sick. Among those she visited were barangays Damayan, Masambong, Bahay Toro, Katipunan, and Del Monte.
