The Terrafirma Dyip will remain in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and continue to compete in the league’s upcoming 50th season.
This comes after talks with prospective buyer Zamboanga Valientes did not progress, with the Valientes officially withdrawing their bid to acquire the Dyip franchise.

PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial and legal counsel Atty. Ogie Narvasa confirmed the development on Friday evening.
Last April, the Zamboanga Valientes were among three groups that expressed interest in purchasing the Terrafirma franchise. However, negotiations ultimately fell through.
