This was after Eala collected around $591,592 (around P33.824 million), from her participation in top level competitions since January 2025.

Eala, who is now back in the country to rest and prepare for her next campaigns abroad, picked up a purse worth 66,000 British pounds, which is around $88.468,88 or P5.096 million, to go with 10 WTA points in the recent Wimbledon Open.

Her Wimbledon prize money allowed her to breach the $1-million mark.

In Wimbledon, defending champion Barbora Krecjikova bounced back in the last two sets and put away Eala, 3-6, 6-2, 6-1, in the first round.

When Eala lost to Maya Joint, 6-4, 1-6, 7-6 (10), at the Eastbourne Open women’s singles finals in Great Britain, she raked in $30,380 (around P1.719 million) for her effort, plus 163 points.

For 2025, Eala is now ranked no. 53 in the list of WTA prize money leaders, after bringing in $549,717 in her singles’ campaigns, and collecting $41,875 in the doubles.

For this year, Aryna Sabalenka is the top money earner with more than $5.975 million to her credit.

Coco Gauff, who once partnered with Eala in the doubles, has around $5.582 million from her sorties.

Madison Keys is in third with more than $3.582 million.
