The Philippine Red Cross has fully mobilized its personnel and resources in Bacolod City to extend relief and comfort to people forced by the floods to vacate their homes and stay on safer ground particularly the evacuation centers where they are fed with hot meals and given relief goods while awaiting for the waters to subside.
