SN Aboitiz Power-Magat (SNAP-Magat) assistant vice president and plant manager Daryl Homer Ramos has been named one of the top three finalists in the NxtGen Award category of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) Excellence Awards 2024.
Held on June 18, 2025, at the IAM Global Conference in London, the awards recognized Ramos as the sole finalist from the Philippines for his significant contributions to asset management despite being relatively new to the field.
“It’s an honor and privilege to be a finalist, given that the IAM is the premier organization leading private and public companies in asset management maturity and implementation worldwide,” Ramos said.
Ramos serves as officer-in-charge for performance, reliability, and asset management (PRAM), overseeing plant operations and leading technical and financial reviews for SNAP’s expansion projects. He heads a multidisciplinary team managing the company’s asset management systems.
The NxtGen Award honors emerging professionals who advance asset management in their organizations.
