Small-scale miners undergo training on mining methods, safety, rock mechanics, and mine ventilation in Itogon, Benguet, Philippines. The training is part of the planetGOLD Philippines Project, and participants include members of the Northern Sagada Barangay Small-Scale Mining Association, Inc. and Samahan Ng Mga Minero sa Barangay Casalugan.
